Hello everyone, it's certainly been a while, honestly I'm through a few misadventures, there's no use in explaining, but I can proudly... err, well not quite, upload this deviation, jmy part of the Art trade with ~aquamarina2 who requested me Hotaru Tomoe, and I did add the infamous Mistress 9. I gotta say, Saturn is my favourite character desing from all the characters in Sailor Moon, though my favourite Character is Venus, I feel that if Saturn would have receive a little more of cameos, she would be my fav character over all, but oh well.
Anyways, it took me a while to finish it because I hadn't a clear idea of what to do, I also tries to do a few Vector effects for the background but I couln't make all what I wanted, so anyways, here it is, I hope you don't bash me that much for this lousy update and I promise something good soon
